報名方式Registration Process｜請填寫線上表單→ 至管英辦公室 R60403B 繳交保證金 200 元，並領取收據收執聯，報名方為完成。（保證金於活動結束後，憑收據退還）Complete the online application form → Pay a deposit of NTD 200 at the EBBA office (R60403B) and receive a receipt. Registration is complete once the receipt is issued. (The deposit will be refunded after the event with the receipt)
【備註Notice】
1. 本活動提供管院職涯點數 1 點，須完成系統報名、繳交保證金並全程參與活動，活動結束後即可認列。（為確保同學全程參與，職涯點數於活動結束後才會認列）The activity provides 1 career point for students who complete the Google form, pay the NTD 200 deposit to the EBBA office (R60403B), and fully participate in the event. Career points will be recognized only after the event is completed (to ensure full participation).
2. 本活動將協助同學申請保險，請提供正確的基本資料，資料僅供投保使用，不作他用。 This activity will assist students in applying for insurance.
