| 活動名稱 | 113下學年度 圖書館服務學習活動 113-2 Library Service-learning Activity | | 活動內容 | 服務內容：
1.體驗找書、圖書整理、讀架、圖書消毒、巡館、活動支援、環境清潔及其他交辦事項等相關工作，服務內容由館方分配，不得自由選擇，並依同學服務狀況決定是否給予成績。
2.活動須於學期末前分次完成，才能獲得18小時認證(必須服務滿18小時)。
3.提供服務時段：
◆週二至週五 下午：14:00-17:00/晚間：18:00-21:00(提供時段之日期，待報名成功後列於填寫時段表單)。
◆每3小時為一時段，待報名成功後於表單勾選可服務時段。
◆每時段安排2人，超過2人以先登記者為優先。
4.服務認證條件：
◆完成服務後，請於一週內完成日誌。
◆服務開始至結束期間，於圖書館借閱至少6本書（限實體書）。
◆追蹤「Yzulib 元智大學圖書館」臉書專頁及「yzu_library」IG帳號。
◆參與狀況不佳、未填寫/逾時完成日誌者，不予認證。
5.報名時程：
◆請於2/24 00:00起登入Portal報名。
◆報名成功後，館員將email服務時段表格供填寫，請於兩日內回覆。
◆未回覆服務時段者視同放棄報名。
◆無法在學期內填滿18個小時者，請勿登記。

What to do for Service-learning
◆Experience various library tasks, including book searching, book arrangement, shelf reading, book sanitization, library patrolling, event support, environmental cleaning, and other assigned duties. Tasks are assigned by the library and cannot be chosen freely. Credit will be granted based on students’ performance.
◆To obtain an 18-hour certification, 18 hours of service must be fulfilled in separate sessions within this semester.
Service Time Slots
◆Tuesday to Friday: Afternoon: 14:00-17:00 / Evening: 18:00-21:00 (Available time slots will be listed after successful registration).
◆Each session lasts 3 hours; students must select their preferred time slots after registration.
◆Each time slot accommodates 2 participants; if more than 2 register, priority will be given to those who sign up first.
Service Certification
◆After completing the service, fill out the log within one week.
◆Borrow at least 6 books（not e-books）from the library during the service period.
◆Follow the "Yzulib 元智大學圖書館" Facebook page and "yzu_library" Instagram account.
◆Participants with poor attendance or failure to submit or complete the work log on time will not be certified.
Registration Schedule
◆Registration opens on February 24 at 00:00 via Portal.
◆After successful registration, library staff will email you a service schedule form online for completion. Please respond within two days.
◆Failure to respond regarding the service schedule will be considered as giving up the registration.
◆If you cannot fulfill the 18 hours within this semester, please do not register.
◆Please check your e-mail (student inbox)!
